Congrats!!! I agree with your earlier post that your slant towards turnaround mgmt. could have worked against you at Chicago. I too got dinged after intvw and my post-MBA goals were not in IB,S&T which puts you at a numerical disadvantage in terms of available slots. I'm in at Ross though and in the end I feel its a better school for me. Don't give up hope on Wharton. Unlike Chicago GSB it offers more for non-finance career seekers as compared to Chicago.
I'm sure there are 30+ folks at Wharton but how many 30+ Indian techies get accepted ? Anyway it's a moot point. I intend to accept Ross' offer. You're still in with a chance at Wharton. Just track the nbr of Wharton admits who also got into HBS/Stanford and to some extent MIT.
